Flx-Ride, LLC
A non-emergency medical transportation company formed to provides service to enable the disabled and senior residents of the of South Carolina. In addition to the Midlands, it is certified to serve residents of all counties of South Carolina.
When the initial idea of FLX-Ride, LLC was discussed, its scope of service area was exclusively the Midlands of South Carolina. Because of the addition of the new GPS tracking system, FLX-Ride, LLC has quickly seized the opportunity for growth in the whole state.
- Employees of our company are certified and trained in First Aid and CPR.
- FLX-Ride, LLC’s entire fleet is inspected and licensed by the South Carolina Public Service Commission, Office of Regulatory Services (ORS).
- The control center employs constant communication between our vehicles and dispatch, using the latest in telecommunication equipment such as GPS technology to monitor the fleet of vehicles. For communication with the office dispatcher and emergency medical personnel, drivers carry cell phones that have two way communication capabilities to communicate.
- FLX-Ride, LLC utilizes a computerized real time billing system with third party and private billing.
- FLX-Ride, LLC certified vehicles and fleet management team is on duty from 5:00 A. M. until 12:00 mid-night.
